JOANNA JUMPS FOR JOY

Joanna Mills lept to the top of the Long Jump rankings with a magnificent 5.87 in the Schools Inter Pro taking the Gold Medal. Not content she proceeded to take Gold in the 300 hurdles as well.

 

 

EMMA WALKS THE WALK  AGAIN

Emma Doherty (North Belfast Harriers) continues to get faster once again smashing her own Northern Ireland record with a 15.34.28 clocking for 3000m. Only six British athletes last year broke 15 mins!! Emma is still only 15.

Queen' University Irish University Champions 1974. How many can you name? It contains two future statisticians and several Northern Ireland Champions and record holders.
